I have to vent a bit. I help in my two grade-school aged kids' classes at school, and it NEVER fails, I go to help, and there is a child with green ooze streaming out of his nose. If not ooze, there is a child coughing so often that he can't even speak a sentence. I've seen kids throw up in the cafeteria. I've seen a child turn to another child to tell them something, and instead hacking germs and goo right into their face.

Our area has been fortunate this year to enjoy a long warm season, but this weekend that came to a grinding halt.
