I am a mother of two children in elementary school. My children love to write. They have had friends that have moved out of the state and I have encouraged them to keep writing. They send pictures, stickers and greeting cards back and forth. They get a kick out of writing and they love to get mail!

I have started this company so children will find the fun in writing, make new friends and hopefully improve their lives a bit.

When I was 8 years old I got a pen pal, so I can tell you first hand how great it is. My pen pal lives on the other side of the country and after all these years, we still keep in touch. I remember how interesting I found her life to be and how special I felt when there was mail for me. I couldn't wait to read her letters and was very excited to write back to her right away. It was so fun, we traded stickers in the mail.

I didn't know it at the time, but my grammar and spelling improved. As I got older, it was very important to me not to use the same word twice. As a result my vocabulary expanded.
